PureCare - Making Sense of Mental Health

Are you enthusiastic, committed and passionate? Would you like to work in a rewarding & supportive environment?

PureCare is opening a brand new residential service in Gillingham in early 2022! This is an exciting step forward in our history and we can’t wait to serve the region with this extremely valuable service.

So…what do we do? In short, we help, support and encourage people with MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES to lead their lives as independently as possible. PureCare offers high quality residential and community support services in Kent and Medway and aims to offer the best standard of support for its clients. Our general intention is to rehabilitate our clients.

Helping to rehabilitate and improve the outcomes for people with mental health issues is incredibly rewarding work. If you'd like to play your part in improving the lives of others, be given the training and opportunities to develop a career in care, and join a close-knit, fun and brilliant team, then get in touch today.

Do you feel you have the skills to offer high quality support to others? We want people who really do care about making a difference to the lives of others and who are committed to the cause.

As a Support Worker you will be required to support clients with their cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, medication, appointments and wellbeing.

As a Senior Support Worker you will be required to organise and manage your Support Workers to ensure clients receive the support they are both entitled to and deserve.

Night roles involve a large element of cleaning and less of the activities outside of the house.

You must have the ability to work both by yourself and as part of a team. Common sense and flexibility are imperative along with a good sense of humour! No previous experience for day or night Support Worker roles is required as full training will be provided.

We currently have full-time day or night positions available for people who demonstrate that they are prepared to work hard and be committed. You will need to be flexible and must be prepared to work on a 24 hour 7 day rota.

Please note that a Disclosure and Barring Service check and employment references will be required. You must also have had, or be in the process of having, your COVID-19 vaccinations.
