At Strive AV Ltd we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Operations/Engineering Department. You will be responsible for scheduling and managing the diary system for installation engineers, project managers and programmers. Attention to detail is key in this role to ensure all paperwork is correct prior to works commencing.

Key Skills Required:

· Excellent administration skills and attention to detail

· Must have current use of Office 365/CRM systems

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

· Flexible and adaptable to business and customer needs

· Strong commitment and work ethos

Job Description

Understanding the needs of the business to ensure customer orders are processed and installed within the required time scales. Full training will be given for the in-house systems.

· Book ALL higher education/corporate installations for the company, using in house engineers and sub-contractors.

· Installations must be booked in liaison with the customer and where appropriate the Sales Manager/Project Manager.

· Check all documentation and product information has been entered correctly onto the in-house Sirvez system

· Liaise with the warehouse to ensure all goods are received and dispatched on time

· Prepare Risk and Method Statements as required

· Send purchase orders to sub-contractors

· Look to make Sub-Contractor cost savings where possible

· Prepare delivery schedules for customer sites and office as required.

· Review calendars to ensure fully utilised, taking into account locations.

· Answer phones and emails promptly and re-directing queries as and when required

· Chase Proof of Delivery documents and add details to Sirvez and CRM systems.

· Be responsive to issues that occur and resolve quickly.

· Report any faulty goods via email through our Helpdesk/Service department and liaise with purchasing manager to ensure replacement goods are despatched urgently.

· Check completion documentation is on Sirvez and allocate for invoicing.

· Review Sirvez files daily to ensure no deadlines are missed.

· Approve and process sub-contractor invoices onto the CRM.

· Raise Non-Conformance as required.

· Assist colleagues as required
