Do you have good customer service/sales experience? Can you manage existing customer accounts? This could be the right opportunity for you!!

This is a multi-functional sales role that works closely with several departments to assist new and existing customers. The team is responsible for agreeing on budgets to suit the customer and overseeing the sales process. The adviser must ensure that processes and procedures are followed whilst ensuring the daily workload is completed to the highest levels of accuracy.

Working with new/existing customers and clients you will have a varied role working from an office near Sevenoaks.
Follow up on leads generated by our current partners.
Work closely with the customer service team to speak with existing customers regarding new accounts
Manage client expectations throughout the sales process
Develop relationships with the sales team to help increase accounts
Assist the team leader in developing process by providing feedback

Good educational background with proficiency demonstrable in maths and English
Computer Literate, including MS office products and email
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential customer focused telephone experience, preferably from a sales environment.
Experience of working within a team in an office environment
A good knowledge of cars is preferred.
Awareness of current FCA regulations, there will be a requirement to study and pass a couple of tests.
Ability to understand and comply with documented processes, policies and procedures.

Own transport required because of office location.
Perm / 37.5 hours a week (8.5 hours per day inc. 1 unpaid hour for lunch = 7.5 hours a day)
Current shift pattern of 9 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with a late shift of 10.30 till 7pm and 9-5pm Saturdays. Potential for rota shift work based on 8-8 weekdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays (day in lieu earnt for working them) based on regional requirements.
