Connect2Staff are working with a highly successful Further Education College in Broadstairs, who are currently looking for a Lecturer of Electrical Engineering.
The Role
As a Lecturer of Electrical Engineering, you will teach, train and assess students in a variety of learning environments, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Your role will also include providing support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential and to lead as appropriate on designated study programmes and/or courses, with a key responsibility for ensuring the design, delivery and evaluation of programme.

The Candidate
* Teaching experience is preferable, although not essential as training will be offered to the successful candidate.
* Able to teach a range of designated study programs and/ or courses from Level 1 up to Level 3.
* Highly organised, creative and passionate
* Positive outlook with strong class management skills
* Able to plan and teach engaging, innovative lessons with demonstrated interpersonal skills
* Ability to assess and track student progress
* Plan interventions
* Strong leadership skills
