Our large public sector client are looking to recruit a L&D Consultant for a 3 month interim assignment for a 100% remote role.
Your new role
You will play a key part in running the OD and L&D Team through a period of change for the next 3 months. You will take over the current projects in place and develop them further, you will then oversee the delivery of the project.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive Organisation development experience as well as knowledge of design. You will also understand internal and external training requirements and frameworks. Proven implementation of blended learning, including the use of digital learning as a learning intervention.
What you'll get in return
This role is for circa 3 months and is 100% remote, day rate £250 - £300 per day
