Parts Advisor – Barretts Parts Hub, St Nicholas at Wade
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our growing business. The main focus of the role will be handling parts enquiries for the PSA brands (Peugeot, Citroen, DS and Vauxhall) and selling to the automotive aftermarket. You will be the first point of contact over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service. The role will require you to manage an existing customer base and to help build a new one; with the aim of developing long term trade relationships.
The ideal candidate will be efficient, well-organised and have a keen eye for detail. This role relies on the accurate processing of information, often against tight deadlines. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience within a PSA franchise would be an advantage.
This is a full-time position. Your standard hours of work will be 8.00am to 5.30pm on Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis. To apply, please send you curriculum vitae by clicking the apply button below.
