Business Analyst (Junior)



I am working with a Kent based company who are looking for a Business Analyst, ideally with some knowledge of AWS. The company have a number of projects on the go, one of them being a complete overhaul of their finance system to a new web-based platform.



The role is varied in nature and will include;



* Support the Business Analysis team with business requirements analysis.
* Document the business and technical requirements.
* Liaise with the development team to ensure the business requirements are translated correctly.
* Perform QA testing and Complete ad hoc requests as required.
* Provide input into the continuous improvement of procedures and processes.
* Propose solutions to problems and considers timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client needs.
* Proactively carries out project support /administrative functions.
* Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver any artefacts as needed, including:
* Functional Specification Documents, User stories, change requests, screen and interface designs.



Skills and attributes

* Knowledge of the AWS platform be helpful
* Have initiative to analyse and write effective and efficient requirement specifications
* Analytical and process-based skills, ie process flow diagrams, business & process modelling, data analysis
* Proficient in MS Office suite
* Good communication skills
