HR Administrator

Mon - Fri

Medway

£18k - £23k DOE



A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join my client based in Medway on a permanent and full-time basis.



This is a varied and fast paced role involving extensive administrative support to a busy HR team.



Duties include:

* HR Administration: supporting HR team with the recruitment process following a detailed start to finish onboarding programme including;

* Creating job adverts
* managing incoming applications
* liaising with recruiters
* Inputting new starters onto the HR system
* Sending offer letters and new starter paperwork
* Completing reference checks and right to work documentation etc

* Maintaining accurate personnel records and uploading detailed information onto HR system.
* Ensuring all policies and procedures are kept up to date
* Maintain HR Systems and files to ensure they are correct, up to date and compliant with current legislation.
* Provide administrative support in confidential meetings with accurate minute taking.
* Assist with HR and Training needs that may arise.
* Check, respond and action emails in appropriate shared mailboxes, escalating when required.
* Manage the recruitment inbox accordingly
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR internal process and systems.



This role would suit someone with:

* A solid administrative background
* Previous HR experience or qualified to a CIPD L3 is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* An understanding of the need for confidentiality
* Strong administrative skills and an enjoyment of administration work
* A highly organised approach to work
* A meticulous attention to detail
* A great attitude and sense of humour
