Kent County Council are in need of an Interim Estate Surveyor who is MRICS qualified with 5 - 10 years' experience within a property / estates team in the public sector environment.
You will ideally hold a clean driving license and able to take ownership of cases and progress them through to completion. Also, some experience of Schools/Education would be beneficial (though not essential).
This is a 6-month contract (subject to extension) with and offered day rate of £400.00.
