If so, we would welcome your application to the role of MBA and Alumni Officer within the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement team at Kent Business School. In this role you will provide management and support on the MBA programme in the areas of marketing and events, including workshops, guest speakers, consultancy week and international study visits. You will be the first point of contact for alumni engagement within the Division, organising and delivering alumni relations events across all programmes.

As part of AMBA accreditation, you will act as the key contact within the professional service team in supporting the delivery of the MBA programme and its promotion. You will actively engage with Alumni on the MBA as well as the wider Division to enable it to realise strategic ambitions in this important area.

The work will also require the active monitoring and progression of careers of students that have undertaken the MBA and their future involvement on the programme.

As MBA and Alumni Officer you will:

• Manage all professional service related activity on the AMBA accredited MBA programme, including marketing and events

• Be responsible for managing the Division's Alumni strategy (including database management) and agreed campaigns in line with the framework set out by the Development Office

• Lead the organisation, promotion and delivery of campus and off campus based alumni events hosted by the Division.

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent

• Experience of leading and managing projects, generating ideas for campaigns in line with wider strategy

• Experience with direct marketing and relationship building databases.
