Art Cover

This Dartford, North Kent, secondary school are looking to recruit a temporary teacher of Art to cover a KS3 and KS4 timetable. As this timetable covers years 7 to 10 in the main, non subject specialists could be considered if they show ability and passion within the subject and willingness to teach it.

This role is temporary and will run until April or July 2022. Although temporary there is a possibility that for the right candidate a permanent role could be available. The successful candidate will be required to start at short notice on a full time basis.

This school has fantastic grounds and resources especially in Art. Art is considered one the most stable and highest achieving departments in the school. The teachers are good teachers and the support offered by teaching assistants and senior leadership is offered in abundance and happily.

In order to be considered for this role you must have:

A good understanding of the KS3 Art curriculum
Experience teaching secondary age students in a school setting
A DBS on the update service
Right to work in the UK
