Job Title: Marketing Executive

Salary: £22 - 28,000 per annum DOE

Location: Tonbridge, with hybrid working pattern

Looking for the next step in your marketing career? This well-established firm are looking for a generalist Marketing Executive to join their team, with lots of room to grow into the role and make it your own as your skills and expertise develop.

Duties include:

* Working alongside the Marketing Manager and inhouse website management team, covering a wide remit of generalist marketing, you will complete related marketing admin tasks such as budget tracking and maintaining campaign calendars.
* Ensuring the company's profile is accurate and up to date across a variety of marketing channels, including Trade Journals, social media, and on- and off-line business directories.
* Copywriting and content provision across channels.
* Creating and running e-shot campaigns, using automation tools, and ensuring compliance with GDPR.
* Keeping on top of PR activity, industry news, and Awards opportunities.
* Liaising with outside colleagues such as Printers, Graphics, PPC agency and SEO agency.
* Analysing the performance and reach of strategies and campaigns using Search Console, Google Analytics, and inhouse systems.

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience in a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive role.
* UK Driving Licence and transport.
* Ideally, experience using social media (Facebook/ Instagram/ TikTok) and video editing.
* Tons of creativity and initiative.
* Great written skills.
* A positive, pro-active attitude.
* Flexibility and confidence working effectively under pressure to tight, sometimes changing, deadlines.
