HR and Resourcing Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR and Resourcing Assistant to join my client based in Mid Kent on a full-time & permanent basis.
This is a varied and fast paced role involving extensive administrative support to a busy and inclusive HR team.
Duties include:
* HR Administration: supporting HR team with the recruitment process following a detailed start to finish onboarding programme including;
* Creating job adverts, sourcing candidates and new talent
* Managing incoming applications
* Liaising with recruiters and keeping candidates updated0
* Inputting new starters onto the HR system
* Sending offer letters and new starter paperwork
* Completing reference checks and right to work documentation etc
* Maintaining accurate personnel records and uploading detailed information onto HR system.
* Ensuring all policies and procedures are kept up to date
* Coordinating the monthly payroll changes and updating the Finance department accordingly.
* Maintain HR Systems and files to ensure they are correct, up to date and compliant with current legislation.
* Provide administrative support in confidential ER meetings with accurate minute taking.
* Assist with HR projects where required.
* Check, respond and action emails in appropriate shared mailboxes, escalating when required.
* Manage the HR inbox accordingly, escalating to management when needed.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR internal process and systems.
This role would suit someone with:
* Previous HR experience or qualified to a CIPD L3 is desirable
* HRIS experience - desirable
* Recruitment skills - desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* An understanding of the need for confidentiality
* Strong administrative skills and an enjoyment of administration work
* A highly organised approach to work
* A meticulous attention to detail
* A great attitude and sense of humour
