Your new company
Our Charity client is recruiting a Recruitment Advisor to be based at their head office in Reigate. You will be joining an experienced HR team on a permanent basis for 37.5 hours per week.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the growth of the organisation. To do this you will...

* Liaise directly with services to understand their recruitment needs.
* Offer expert advice to hiring managers, setting appropriate recruitment action plans with them.
* Proactively engage with, and screen, applicants regarding Support Work and Head Office opportunities.
* Conduct first stage interviews.
* Record all recruitment administration
* Ensure all compliance is completed for applicants before they start

What you'll need to succeed
The ideally Recruitment advisor will have experience of working in a fast-paced, volume-driven recruitment environment, be proactive in talking to applications and be a great listener.

What you'll get in return
