Forward thinking organisation in West Kent is looking for a Recruiter to join their HR Team. Working closely with hiring managers you will be key to the recruitment process across the business.You will ideally have some experience of working as an Internal Recruiter and of using an ATS System.
Duties
- overseeing the full recruitment life cycle
- actively involved in recruitment campaigns
- identifying ways to attract high calibre talen
- pipelining talent for future opportunities
- developing collaborative relationships with hiring managers
- drafting adverts, promoting on social media and proactively searching for candidates,
- CV shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding
- managing the Applicant Tracking System
- other ad hoc duties
Salary to £28,000 depending on experience plus benefits
