We are seeking Teaching Assistant's in the Maidstone region!

Your new company

Hays Education are currently recruiting teaching assistants to work at schools in the Maidstone region on a supply basis. Supply teaching assistants offers a flexible working environment with the option to work on either a day-to-day supply or long-term basis, some of which can lead to a permanent job.

You may be experienced or Newly qualified looking to gain experience. You will be working in a number of different schools and must be able to provide them with an outstanding service which is important to the overall running of the schools, their support and learning standards.


Your new role

If you are a teaching assistant we want to hear from you! Duties include assisting the teacher with preparation and planning, supporting the pupils to reach their full potential and helping the teacher.



What you'll need to succeed


* Good behavioural management
* Adaptability and flexibility
* The ability to interact with pupils to impact the learning and teaching
* In order to be successful within this position you will preferably have experience working within an educational setting or hold experience working with children within the last two years. You must also have a passion for working with pupils to help them further their learning skills.
