We are extremely proud to be working alongside an employer of choice in the Dartford area to recruit a permanent Customer Service Team Manager.

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Team Manager who will lead a team of customer service representatives. This team will quickly, calmly and confidently address customer issues with service, delivery or condition of products.

As the Team Manager you will maintain a professional environment for the customer service team to thrive to solve problems and increase customer satisfaction, leading to a growth in sales. You will be the driver of the performance of the Customer Service Team to achieve the KPI's and service level agreements, in line with the department objectives and strategy.

This position will require you to lead, coach and develop multi skilled staff, whilst supporting a mixture of accounts, processes and enquiries to deliver industry leading service.

For this role you will require the following:

* Excellent people leadership & development skills - must be able to manage tasks, objectives and change.
* Strong customer service experience within a Customer Service environment.
* Proven ability to be confident in communicating and networking at all levels.
* Good presentation and influencing skills - the ability to convince others of a point of view, or position to gain others support.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach and demonstrates a 'can do' attitude.
* Ability to focus on solutions rather than problems.
* Expresses passion and enthusiasm within the role.
* Proven track record on delivering quality as a first priority.
* Demonstrates resilience, positivity and leadership qualities in equal measure.
* Microsoft skills are an absolute must, previous experience of Sage would be highly beneficial.

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
