Appointment Setter (Aesthetics industry)
Greenhithe
KHR are working with an award-winning clinic in the Greenhithe area who are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter. You will be a highly motivated individual, with a passion for the Aesthetics industry. Your daily objective is to turn all enquiries into clinic appointments.
You will work 4-5 days a week, Monday - Sunday, 9am - 5pm. My client is flexible on days worked. Some weekend work may be required.
Duties and responsibilities of the Appointment Setter:
*Respond to all enquiries over email and social media
*Build a professional rapport with potential clients
*Develop a weekly report to monitor sales success
*Diary management
*Take the initiative to learn about the clinic's products and procedures
*Answer telephone enquires converting general enquires to consultations
*Complete call sheets each day
*Exceed daily and weekly targets
Requirements
*Previous telesales experience required
*You will be a highly motivated person
*Excellent organisational skills
*IT Literate
*Have the ability to nurture leads
*Analytical
*Quick learner
*Friendly, professional, and well presented
