Gomez is one of the largest produce companies in the UK and is based in Bridge near Canterbury. We supply produce to major supermarkets, wholesale and non-multiple retailers and are seeking a flexible, competent and proactive HR Adviser to join our small HR Team.
You might be looking to develop into an Adviser role or an Adviser who is looking for a new challenge or a change of industry; either way you will need to be great at building relationships and have a true passion for HR. You will be CIPD qualified or studying towards it.
If you have operational employment law knowledge, practical generalist HR experience, a natural ability to work with systems and processes, along with strong administration and Excel skills then we would love you to get in touch.
Working hours are 35 hours per week; 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
If you enjoy the challenge and have the confidence of working within a diverse, fast paced business dealing with various different scenarios/situations and you would like to join our team please apply in writing with a covering letter and full CV outlining your experience.
