You and your team



To provide a professional, confidential, HR Services including but not limited to:



End to end delivery of onboarding administration processes, including thorough background checks and creation of contracts
Support and deliver end to end employee lifecycle processes, including any and all change processes, from hours changes through to promotions
End to end delivery of offboarding process including final payment, exit interviews and IT KIT retrieval
Support and process family friendly requests and career break requests
Act as the first point of call for all HR queries, providing basic guidance where possible or identifying best HR Specialist to support
Support Employee Relations Team with walk ins, from dealing with basic queries to setting up meetings 
Ensure that HR processes and practises are followed and implemented accurately and in a timely way.
Support with the review of policies and procedures for continuous improvements
Maintaining the HR database system
Collating and processing Payroll documentation
Company Benefit Administration, queries and filing
You will apply your wider HR knowledge to answer questions and solve issues from employees across the organisation.  These range from basic queries around employee benefits to more complex questions around pay or an employee relations questions.
Expert knowledge on our pre-employment checking processes
Act as first point of contact for anything related to MyHR, our HR database.
Ability to undertake a wide variety of departmental projects as and when required.
Support throughout internal/external Audits, Risk assessments and Compliance reviews by compiling all relevant evidence for review and ensuring actions are completed to deadline.
Act as key support for HR Business Partners, Resourcing, Reward and Employee Relations
Aid with general queries from all locations and levels across the organisation, signposting to the correct team if unable to help.
Close links with Payroll, supporting monthly payroll run
Work closely with all areas of HR
Review current processes to ensure they are applicable and fit-for-purpose and where needed liaise with other departments to improve knowledge and understanding.
Ensure confidentiality of employee/applicant information in line with GDPR and adherence to all regulatory FCA requirements




What you bring to the Team



-             Previous experience in a demanding and varied co-ordinator role (minimum of 2 years).

-             Previous experience of working within an environment that involved dealing with confidential/sensitive information

-             Ability to use MS Office tools to a high standard for process maps, presentations, management information and willing to learn new things

-             Someone who thrives in a busy and demanding environment, with strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail

-             Ability to use initiative and identify potential future ramifications of actions

-             Driven to look for better ways of doing things to achieve best outcomes for our customers

-             An excellent communicator who works well within a team   



Desirable:

-             Previous experience of working within a HR Role

-             Previous experience working alongside Payroll

-             Previous experience of working with an HR Database.

-             Had experience of working within projects and understands basic project management approach

-             Has experience of working within a continuous improvement programme and may have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma





Working Conditions



9:00 am – 5:30 pm – Monday to Friday

Working mainly from home but 1 – 2 days in the office in Chatham
