Our Client employs an entire CRM team who are responsible for supporting all users and the development, execution, and continuous refinement of their CRM platforms globally. They have responsibility for the following platforms: SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), SAP Marketing Cloud (SMC) and SAP Enable Now (training program).
The role will be responsible for working with the Global Marketing teams across the organisation to ensure that we are using the platform to its full potential. Working across all levels of the organisation to ensure all those from the marketing departments have the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently use the system through the use of workshops and training materials. The successful candidate will develop a set of learning materials and structured programmes of training to ensure all users are able to leverage the most from the solution working closely with Marketing users to drive adoption, developing and delivering best practices, and managing success metrics, data sets and project deliverables.
The person will ideally be degree educated with 2 years plus in a B2B commercial role with a real passion for marketing and delivering on projects. A Digital expert who is quick to pick up systems and who will enjoy working with their technical team to be at the forefront of delivering innovative, intelligent solutions. You will have experience of working large data sets, segmentation, dot mailer or mail chimp and moving customers along the engagement route.
If this sounds like you, then in return you can expect the following; Up to £34k per annum depending on your experience, 25+8 days holiday, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:15-17:00 (30 mins lunch) Friday 08:00 - 13:00 (no lunch), parking, day off for your Birthday, excellent training opportunities.
