Communications & PR Manager - Tunbridge Wells - £40-45k

A Not-For-Profit based in Tunbridge Wells are seeking a Communications & PR Manager to join their team. Having recently gone through a period of change and transformation, this role has come about due to internal promotion. An exciting time to join, this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in leadership and stakeholder management.

Your new role

You will lead a small team of 2, taking responsibility for driving strategy within Communications and PR. This is a strategic role in which you will develop ideas, inspiring the wider team and building relationships internally. Key duties include:


* Developing a digital approach; planning and delivering engaging content for a range of channels
* Implementing and co-ordinating activities to deliver the Communications and PR teams business priorities.
* Ensuring the brand and key messages are communicated using a consistent 'voice', which is thoughtful in tone and content, in an engaging way both internally and externally.
* Developing external and internal focused communication strategies in line with company objectives.
* Managing the Communications and PR budget

This is a hybrid role (up to 3 days/week remote), working 35 hours/week. Hours are Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm & Fri 8.30am-4.15pm.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have previous experience working in a team management or people leadership role, strong stakeholder management and digital media experience. You will be seeking a role in which you can grow and develop a Communications functions and inspire the people around you.

What you'll get in return

You'll receive an annual salary of £40-45k plus a expansive benefits package which includes; 30 days annual leave (plus 8 bank hols); 4-10% contributory pension, death in service of 4x annual salary; enhanced maternity, paternity and shared parental leave provision.
