Award winning brand development agency based in the centre of Maidstone. We are seeking a driven, ambitious, motivated designer. We are interested in talking to a variety of candidates from recent graduates to designers with up to five years experience.

We are a team of graphic designers and developers. Working across multiple sectors from hospitality to charity. From start up to global brands. Our team of creative experts are driven by the desire to produce outstanding, relevant work that makes a difference to our client and their businesses. Our work creates an impact for our clients by engaging audiences, increasing traffic, and sharing meaningful stories.

We are looking to speak with designers with a particular focus on brand development and UX design. There will also be some design for print including editorial design and marketing collateral. A great opportunity for ambitious candidates on the first steps in their design career. Your time will be split between our Maidstone studio and some days working from home per week.


Required Skills & Experience

• Design role with a large focus on brand development and digital
• Passion for creating bold and original brand identities
• Knowledge of typography, layout, colour sense and the latest design tools including PhotoShop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Strong UX skills. (Attention to detail and developing a journey for the users in response to a brief)
• Previous experience creating sketches, concepts, site maps, user journeys and wireframes
• Strong conceptual skills and knowledge of both digital and print landscapes
• Strong portfolio showing clean, sophisticated and creative corporate design sense
• Able to work collaboratively, as well as independently, and take ownership of projects from start to finish
