We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant for our client based in Tunbridge Wells
You will be responsible for designing listings for our clients online platform; as well as general office duties, which will include answering incoming calls, and liaising with clients and internal staff.
Day to day responsibilities include;
* Building company listings on their platform
* Promoting clients on their social media platforms
* Answering telephones
* Responding to customer queries via web chats, emails and telephone calls.
Due to the nature of their work, English skills are essential as it does involve editorial work.
Photoshop & Animate skills would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given
The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner, a good command of English, as well as excellent writing skills . Must be computer literate.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Office Based
£18k per annum
