My client is looking for experienced Administrators to join a friendly office to provide extra support during their busy period. This is a temporary assignment, so the client is looking for people who are happy to temp.

Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am-6pm
Rate: £9.50 per hour

Working within a friendly environment and parking on-site.

You will be responsible for a varied amount of tasks and duties:

- You will be required to do a heavy amount of Data entry
- Receiving and handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Gathering information and resolving queries.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate would have experience working in retail or a Customer Service environment, have a good telephone manner, have the ability to follow processes and guidelines, have excellent attention to detail, advanced Microsoft office skills, and can demonstrate excellent communication skills.
