We are looking for a full time Junior Surveyor to join our retail property consultancy based in our office in Tunbridge Wells.

Founded over 40 years ago, the Cradick partnership is made up of longstanding and established retail property agents. The role is based within our market leading agency team and you will be working closely and reporting to two of the partners on both the acquisition and disposal of high street, trade counter and food store premises across the south east. The role will involve regular visits to towns and cities across the region.

The main job responsibilities are:

Negotiating the leasing, purchase and sale of commercial properties
Securing and conducting property viewings
Preparing and scheduling property marketing material
Negotiating and agreeing head of terms with new occupiers and landlords
Advising clients on local property rents, trends and values
Identifying and following up on leads for new instructions
Liaising with solicitors, prospective occupiers and other property agents
Assisting the lease advisory function of the business

What we are looking for:

Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to work on your own initiative with a disciplined approach
Enthusiasm to learn new skills
Excellent computer skills and a willingness to learn new software applications
Attention to detail
A good team player
Experience within the property market is desirable although not essential
A clean full driving licence and use of your own car
