ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT URGENTLY NEEDED for our Head Office at Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG.
Vacancy available due to internal departmental changes.
This position is for someone is for someone who is experienced in Admin and who has a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel) Internet, CRM packages.
Would be required to deal with current customers and potential new customers, mainly taking enquiries on the telephone and entering their details onto our CRM System.
May be asked to help out in Order Processing when staff on holiday or sick.
Experience and attributes required for this role are:-
Previous administration experience (Microsoft, CRM Databases, etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multi task if needed.
Transport is essential due to the location of the business
Hours: 08.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
