An Administration Person is required for a company that are currently bringing to the market a new fire testing facility (DUL) for passive fire products.
Position based in BARFRESTONE, NR DOVER, KENT, CT15 7JG.
Experience and attributes required for this role are: -
Previous administration experience.
Fully conversant with computers and Microsoft Office (i.e Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Good written and verbal communications skills for the telephone
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work with others in the team or on their own
Diary Management
Job Role includes
Preparing, organising and storing information in digital and hard copy.
Dealing with queries on the telephone and by e mail, also would be dealing with potential new customers that require fire testing.
Typing up letters and reports.
Flexibility required and open to change.
This is full time position.
Hours: 8.30-5.30pm Monday – Friday.
28 days holiday (this includes all statutory holidays)
YOUR OWN TRANSPORT WOULD BE ESSENTIAL DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS.
THE COMPANY IS A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT ON SITE.
