Maintenance Administrator required for an established business with over 40 years in the trade. A minimum of 2 years Admin experience is required along with experience of working to deadlines and building rapport with customers and clients.
Duties:
* Taking bookings
* Dealing with vehicle breakdown calls; ensuring the location of the vehicle is known, liaising with all relevant centres to ensure the vehicle is responded to, getting hourly updates on progress of recovery/repair and keeping the client updated.
* Ensuring services are booked in on time
* Ensuring documentation is updated
Person Spec:
* Must be able to work well under pressure
* Have great customer services
* Strong communicator who is able to build client relationships
* Self motivated
* Good attention to detail and methodical
Hours are Monday to Friday 08.30 - 16.30
This is a temporary position initially but has the potential to become permanent for the right candidates
