Site Manager/Senior Site Manager
Location: London
Salary: £300-£350 per day DOE (Option to move over to a permanent role after 3 month probation period)
Hours: Mon- Friday 7.45am to 5.30pm
Immediately required for the day to day running of a circa £4 million luxury residential projects in London.
Candidate must have a proven track record of;
* working in the high end residential market
* have vast hands on experience in cut and carve refurbishment work
* ideally be from a trades background
* At least 10 years experience in a similar capacity essential
* must possess current SMSTS, Temporary Works and First AID certificate as a minimum.
We are looking for candidates with strong high end luxury residential refurbishment experience and who have a record of delivering for the full duration from start to finish on projects.
Looking for someone who is keen and dynamic who is looking to grow and be part of a thriving progressive specialist contractor, who wants to be a big part of the company and management team. If you are looking for a permanent role with a progressing quality prime residential contractor and to be a valued integral part of a small fresh dynamic professional team then this could be the role for you!
