My Client, a leading educational organisation based in East Kent, is seeking an experienced HR professional who can join them during a positive period of change and development.  A great opportunity to take on a fresh challenge, this is a new role for the organisation and a vital role within the senior leadership team.

This role has been created to ensure the onward success of the organisation and its position within the sector.  The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading and developing a culture of wellbeing across the site, as well as supporting the new leadership team with their exciting plans for the College`s development.

Whilst the post holder will be a skilled and knowledgeable HR generalist, the right candidate will be a professional with previous experience and evidence of delivering successful wellbeing strategies, ideally within Higher, Further, Independent or Secondary Education settings.

The successful applicant will have have strong leadership skills and excellent organisational skills, be educated to degree level and hold an appropriate CIPD professional qualification (Level 5 or above). They will also have the ability to build effective relationships at all levels, excellent communication skills, the ability to deal sensitively with confidential information and a desire to deliver high standards.
