Part time HR Advisor
 Monday- Friday- 25 hours per week - Full time equivalent salary= £32,000

Our client are currently recruiting for a part time HR Advisor to join their operational site based at in Essex.
They are a leading banana ripening and service provision supplier in the UK market with two ripening facilities strategically placed in the north and south of the country. As part of the Group, they are committed to a strong and consistent CSR policy with over 18,000 employees, producing over 460,000 tonnes of fruit and vegetables, distributing over 673,000 tonnes of bananas and selling to over 45 countries globally.
This is a true generalist role where you will be involved in all aspects of HR.
Key duties of the role include:
• Carrying out investigation, disciplinary, redundancy, grievance and appeal meetings
• For junior level roles, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, to include; advertising, short listing, interview templates, telephone interviews, assisting managers in face to face interviews, offer of employment to preparing new starter packs
• Prepare and organise health and wellbeing initiatives
• Prepare and distribute the quarterly newsletter
• Book and coordinate training courses as per the Company training matrix
• Carrying out new starter inductions
• Ensure that all personnel files are compliant, e.g. signed contracts, valid right to work and job descriptions
