House of Glass Ltd is a rapidly growing installer of home improvement products consisting, PVCu windows, doors, conservatories, bespoke garden rooms and flat roofing replacement options.
We are looking to expand our field sales team in the Maidstone & Medway areas.
This is primarily a part time role offering flexible workdays and hours. Successful applicants will, therefore, be able to organise availability to suit their work/ life balance requirements. However, we anticipate the availability of more hours going forward.
The prime responsibilities will be converting leads from our call centre into a sale and generating new business. You will meet potential customers at their properties, introducing them to House of Glass Ltd and showcasing our products. Our philosophy is customer -centric, putting the customer before the sale with the aim of building long-lasting and meaningful customer relationships.
Vital attributes include a professional and customer service focused attitude, a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
Applicants must have a full driving licence and own transport. A contribution to fuel costs will be discussed at interview.
Previous experience in sales is desirable but not essential. We will provide full product training and ongoing support.
