Support Worker, Look Ahead Care Support and Housing, Tunbridge Wells.
£22,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week, plus 25 days Annual Leave, Pension schemes, staff discounts, healthcare and career progression.
Look Ahead is a dynamic, leading, not-for-profit care and support provider in London and the South East. As an organisation we deliver over 110 services, providing support to around 7000 customers each year. Look Ahead's West Kent Homelessness Service includes accommodation based support, community support and tenancy sustainment. We are looking for team members to work in this dynamic and fast paced service who are keen to support some of the county's most complex rough sleepers and those facing homelessness. The service works closely with partner agencies and statutory teams, so this is a great opportunity if you are looking to gain experience working alongside substance misuse teams, the criminal justice system and clinical teams.
