My client, a unique organisation on the outskirts of Dover, is currently looking for an individual with accounts experience to join them on an interim basis.
As Accounts Assistant you will work as part of a team of 4 in the Accounts department providing support to the Finance Manager and working alongside another Assistant.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Issuing Purchase Orders
- Checking of invoices
- Checking expenses against claims submitted
- Reconciliation of credit card payments
- Liaising with procurement department
- Handling supplier queries
- General accounts administration
The ideal candidate:
- Have previous experience in accounts administration or support especially Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Outlook and Excel
- Be available for an immediate start and can work Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm on site
