Pearson Whiffin are experiencing rapid growth and therefore we are looking for someone to come in as Manager of our specialist Accounts & Finance division at our new Head Office based in Maidstone, Kent.

The Accounts & Finance division cover all levels of accounts, recruiting from juniors right up to FD/CFO level throughout the Southeast however, you will not be restricted by any boundaries and can recruit anywhere across the UK. You'll be given full autonomy to manage the division your way.

As a Billing Manager role you will be given an active/warm client base maintain and develop. You will also be responsible for developing new business to grow the division.

As well as a competitive basic salary you will receive one of the best commission structures in Kent with monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses and you will also receive a management profit related bonus to maximise your earnings. As well as earning off your own division, you will also have on offer financial rewards when working with other divisions under the Pearson Whiffin Group.
