An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced security officer with an SIA licence, and full driving licence to join the established team. Working a 12 hour shift, 2 days on 4 days off, days and nights. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be responsible for observing and accurately reporting any incidents or events on your shift. Free on-site parking available.
You must have a high degree of personal responsibility with a strong customer focus and be able to communicate effectively and clearly by radio communication and in writing reports. Your responsibilities will include -
* Ensuring the sight is secure at all times, by conducting routine searches by patrolling on foot and vehicle.
* Checking passes and entry to the sight whilst preventing unauthorised personnel access.
* Escorting visitors around the park.
* Assist in the implementation of emergency response plans.
You will need to operate control systems including CCTV, computers and alarms. Also, operating the following equipment -
* Access Control, IDS (Intruder Detection System).
* PSS-CCTV experience desirable
* Automatic fire detection systems.
* Telephone switchboard.
* Site radio system.
Salary: Up to £25,068.97 per year
