We are seeking applications for a hybrid working Technical Support Specialist for a key client based in Dartford area. This is available due to expansion within an existing team.
Are you able to demonstrate a strong level of experience in delivering solutions, advice and guidance on questions raised by clients against a range of technical products?
The support you provide will be provided via inbound and outbound calls, emails and online support facilities. You will log all calls and provide the 1st line technical support against a range of electronic products and ideally have a sound knowledge of DC circuitry and a methodical approach to fault finding and problem solving.
In return this role offer Monday to Friday working, with Hybrid working and training opportunities and a competitive salary package.
Any experience gained in automotive/ electronics or electrical systems would be an advantage.
