Senior Systems Engineer



A world leading automotive manufacturing business based in Medway are seeking applications for a Senior Systems Engineer who will be responsible for developing real-time safety critical powertrain systems for use within passenger car and commercial vehicle applications.



The role will cover the design, control and strategies using various platforms and industry tools to develop the relevant systems. Working closely with a group of client and using you strong communication skills to reach agreed conclusions. You will use your experience of analysis and diagnostics to validate the tests and data within the areas supported which will include: Fuel Injection systems, Engine Control features, OBD or Powertrain diagnostics.



You will have experience of working within a Tier 1 automotive supplier and alongside a minimum of 5 years experience in developing real time embedded systems and have an understanding of Matlab-Simulink Blocks and knowledge of a calibration tools such as INCA/ATI Vision etc



Ideally you will have studied towards a relevant degree in Engineering and support this with your practical work experience in a similar role and be seeking to move on in your career to join a world leading manufacturing business.
