If so, as the Area Manager you will play a key part in the plans to open in 10 locations in the next 5-7 years.

You will be a key function of the retail management team, responsible for delivering a profitable, Omni-channel retail portfolio, to high standards

Working closely with the Retail Operations Manager and the Retail Training Manager, you will ensure the continued success of the existing retail portfolio by:

- Visiting stores on a regular basis to assess and improve their cleanliness and maintenance levels, operational efficiencies, visual merchandising assets, and service standards

- Reporting to the Operations Manager weekly on key areas of improvement

- Helping to identify, develop and implement new processes in conjunction with the Retail Training Manager

- Planning and delivering the operations behind new product launches and marketing campaigns

- Identifying areas, which may be preventing stores and managers from reaching their revenue targets and helping to rectify those

- Keeping a close eye on cost control and helping store managers to meet their staffing budgets

- Working in conjunction with the retail management team to be a contact point for stores needing day-to-day assistance.
