About the Role:
KBE Drinks are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Department and help deliver our objectives.
The Marketing Team at KBE Drinks have a wide breadth of responsibility, including but not limited to:
• Brand management and planning
• Trade and consumer marketing
• Stakeholder management
• Outlet activations
• Creation and management of POS
• Support for new business pitches
• NPD research and implementation
The role of the Marketing Executive is to support the Kingfisher Brand Manager and wider Marketing Team in delivering their annual brand plans and fulfilling our business objectives. While the Brand Manager’s focus lies predominantly on strategy and planning, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for execution and implementation. There will also be opportunities for the successful candidate to develop brand management skills with some of our smaller brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their career in a busy marketing environment, working on some famous global brands. As a small, highly entrepreneurial company, a marketing executive at KBE Drinks will be empowered to own their projects in a way that would never happen in a more corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement outlet activation plans set out by the Brand Manager.
• Work with third parties and customers to hit project deliverables.
• Develop and source point-of-sale and promotional items.
• Managing events, including the booking of event staff, transport and accommodation and ordering of stock and POS.
• Manage the calendar and booking process for the Kingfisher event vehicles and mobile bar
• Take ownership of small, specific projects from start to finish.
• Support Brand Managers in delivering various projects.
• Respond to customer and sales team enquiries and requests.
• Carry out desk research projects for new marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Behaviours:
• Enthusiastic approach towards tasks with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• A sense of responsibility to take full ownership of specific projects.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for marketing and the buzz of a busy team environment.
Requirements:
All candidates must:
• Have working experience in marketing.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Possess excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and creating content.
Preferred:
• Design and Photoshop skills.
• Degree educated
