Job Purpose:
To ensure that all aspects of Customer Experience as outline below, are dealt with in time and efficiently.
Nature & Scope:
• Technical Service, Equipment Provision and Tech Deployment, New Line Form Completion, Ullage Processing
• end to end management, Consumer complaints
• end to end process. Keg repatriation
• return of empties, Car Boot Stock Management
• Complete Process and Responsibility, Month end completion. Including Free stock Delivery charges, Free stock Accrual. Wholesale
Credit
• Free stock/Off invoice discounting (MDC, Blakemore). Tech Service aftercare
• post installation and post service call customer satisfaction calls.
Dimensions:
No budget responsibility or direct reports, reporting directly into the Customer Experience Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Review of customer account to assess financial viability to process order
• Credit control, Order Capture for all markets and Processing
• ALL (EDI, Fax, Email, Phone) for all markets, Order Fulfilment, bookings, despatch, chase deliveries, Porterage End to end.
• Invoicing for Deliveries [normal via Opera]
Key Behaviours:
• Attention to detail, ability to work to a schedule and meet deadlines, priorities work
• Excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal
• Team Working - Team output
• Driven and motivated
Relationships & Interfaces:
• Operations Team, Finance Department, all other departments.
• Third Parties – Customer, Suppliers, Camerons Brewery, DHL, Consumers
Experience & Qualifications:
• Experience in a FMCG company ideally in operations or supply chain
• Proficient IT skills such as Excel
• Working knowledge of Opera and salesforce would be helpful not essential
Salary & Remuneration Details
• Permanent role with full time hours
• Working pattern negotiable, based on 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
• 25 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays)
• Auto enrolment to company pension scheme following first 3 months of service (with opportunity to opt out).
