Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about making an impact in the charity sector? We’re looking for a dynamic Head of HR & Training to lead our HR team, driving recruitment, training & development, and compliance with UK employment law. Reporting into the Director of Resources you will play a key role in promoting a positive workplace culture, supporting staff well-being, and diversity and inclusion across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and talent management
Provide expert advice on employee relations
Lead learning and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law
In return for your skills and experience, you’ll receive the following benefits:
An annual salary of £53,880 to £59,490
30-33 days holiday, plus bank holidays
Defined contribution pension scheme (matched by CXK up to 10% depending on length of service)
Death in service life assurance policy (3 x annual salary)
