This is a brand-new permanent vacancy, joining a flourishing recruitment company from their local T Wells offices… open to someone with transferrable skills and experience

Working as part of a team, you will take on a full 360 recruitment role – leading the delivery of high-quality recruitment services to client and candidates. With opportunity to earn bonuses from day one.

Day-to-day you will manage start-to-finish recruitment processes for new and existing clients; applying a varied skillset covering sales, account management, customer service, administration, marketing and more, to achieve goals and deliver an outstanding level of service to clients and candidates.
You will work alongside a collaborative and supportive team; and work with / learn from established industry leaders



£24-26,000 base salary + uncapped bonus – OTE £35-40,000 year 1

Mon – Fri 37,5 hr – could be a great role for moving away from weekend-working sectors

Central Tunbridge Wells – accessible easily by train, bus and car
