We have a vacancy for an immediate start in Aylesford ME20 as a cleaner/decontamination operative.

The company works on behalf of the NHS and gets used medical equipment sent to them to be cleaned/decontaminated and repair ready to be sent out to patients. The medical equipment has been sent direct from patients houses and is vital it is decontaminated prior to being sent to another patient (equipment such as Electric beds, mobility equipment, bed pans etc).

This a full time permanent position working 37.5 hours a week. The shift patterns are either 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm (shifts are on a rota so you will need to be available for each of the shift patterns above)

Duties include;

- Cleaning/Decontaminating medical equipment using steam & pressure cleaning equipments

- Checking equipment for damage and sending to the engineers for repair or to the warehouse for storage.

This is a permanent job for the right candidates, after 12 weeks on an hourly rate successful candidates will be offered a contract offering a salary of £15,000 p.a. as well as the following benefits;
