The Recruitment Consultant role available is starting a new desk within the construction industry providing labour and tradesman all over UK. The role sits under an experienced manager who has been with the company from the beginning. You will be working alongside the manager being trained for 3 months and then will be responsible for your own desk after passing your probation.

Experience in recruitment is not essential for this role, if you have a hardworking attitude, a willingness to learn and have an expectation of yourself to achieve the rest is just commentary.

Role/Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates
• Placing candidates/Organising interviews
• Chasing leads
• Sourcing new business
• Closing deals

Requirements:
• Professional manner
• Resilient attitude
• 6-12 months' commercial office experience
• Demonstrable experience of telephone responsibilities within a role
