Key Duties * To manage and oversee all aspects of the Recruitment and Selection process, ensuring effective, efficient and consistent processes across the Trust, to capture the individuality of each academy, including a bank of values based standard adverts, job descriptions and person specifications * To undertake and oversee on the on-boarding process for all new starters, ensuring all e ployees joining are issued with an offer letter and contract in line with the terms and conditions of their employment in a timely manner. * Ensure that all pre-employment checks are completed for new members of staff and communicated to the Headteacher/Manager in a timely manner * Liaise regularly with colleagues across the Trust to ensure new starters are accounted for and are subject to an induction process. * Ensure that all statutory checks and processes are in place for all staff, volunteers, governors and regular visitors. * Maintain a database of apprentices tracking their age/pay/employment arrangements. * Support with the development of the HR service by being an advocat
