TSAT Grade C1 approximately £9,539 for hours and weeks stated

This role is for 5 days a week, term time only, up to 27.5 hours a week. With a start time of 9am and a finish time of 2:30pm, however we can be flexible with start and finish times.

We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our Central Services teams. This position will be based in Medway at the Trust Central offices at New Horizons Children’s Academy.

You will be required to support our Central services and Academies with general administration for our Kent Trust office. The successful candidate will be joining a small, welcoming team who work closely together and enjoy supporting one another.
Requirements

Main duties will include:

• Supporting in accurate record keeping, and minuting meetings where necessary
• Organisation of both internal and external meetings, including: Booking venues, sending invitations and arranging catering with the school kitchen
• Answering phones, gate keeping, message taking and appropriate transferring of calls
• Supporting the HR team with producing induction packs, training packs and filing
• Printing and photocopying
• Greeting and escorting visitors
• Organising refreshments and setting up for meetings
• Managing Trust meeting room bookings and the booking of Trust pool cars
• General Office Housekeeping
• Supporting the Marketing Apprentice with social media posts
• Maintaining the Trust Outlook Calendar
• Supporting the Executive PA in organisation of Trust wide events
• Supporting clerks to governing boards with printing of relevant papers for governors
• Maintaining office stationary supplies and ordering of stationary and general supplies
• Create and maintain office displays
• Any other ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office
