Service Delivery Manager required to join one of Kent's top care providers to support their East Kent Services



Your new company

Hays are the UK's number one leading recruitment agency, successfully helping more individuals find work than any other agency, and we are expanding. We are currently looking for a dedicated Service Delivery Manager on behalf of an Outstanding CQC rated care organisation.


Our client is expanding their business with an existing 58 services already located in Folkestone, Dover, Ashford and Herne Bay, supporting adults with highly complex learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health diagnoses within residential and supported living environments.

Clients supported through their supported living services
* Challenging behaviour/Mental Health Learning Disabilities and Mental Health diagnosis, exhibiting incidents of challenging behaviour.
* Learning & Physical disabilities - Moderate to severe learning disabilities and multiple associated healthcare conditions including Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome, complex mobility requirements such as hoisting. Moderate to severe learning disabilities with varying degrees of autism.


Your new role

We are looking to speak CQC Registered Managers or Service Delivery Managers that are willing to undertake registration with CQC with experience in any of the following areas to oversee services within our supported living provision in Folkestone, Dover, Ashford and Herne Bay.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant must have management experience within the Adult Health and Social Care Sector. You must be able to demonstrate experience in supporting complex individuals who have additional challenges, and an ability to promote a positive outcome-focused ethos within a service.

Qualifications

* Ideally have, or be working towards, a QCF level 5

Applications will be considered on a case by case basis.
