Marketing Executive

£25,000 - £30,000 DOE

Monday to Friday, hybrid working available



An exciting new opening for a talented Marketing Executive has arisen to join our busy and friendly team based in Gillingham, with a view to a long-term career.

This is a varied role encompassing both analytical and creative writing elements of Marketing and requiring an organised and methodical candidate with a meticulous attention to detail.

Duties include:

* Drafting a yearly communication plan and executing agreed activities
* Working with relevant companies for cross promotion partnerships and joint campaigns
* Manage our website content and functionality whilst understanding SEO requirements
* Create and report on Google paid campaigns such as search and display ads
* Manage the social media strategy to increase website traffic through social media channels and paid ads
* Formulating clear marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools such as google analytics
* Developing new and creative ideas to promote the brand, keeping on top of PR relationships, industry news and Awards opportunities.

The successful candidate will have / be:

* Previous marketing experience with strong digital marketing knowledge
* Experience in communicating with senior people in the business
* Excellent knowledge of using WordPress
* A results-driven mentality and tenaciousness for converting all opportunities
* Broad experience of working across integrated marketing disciplines
* An understanding of SEO content, including blog posts, web copy, infographics, social media
* Tons of creativity and initiative
* A positive, pro-active attitude and strong team ethic
* Flexibility and confidence working effectively under pressure to tight, sometimes changing, deadlines.
